We are excited to announce a new technology that we are making available to you called the MDI Finance and Service Portal.
We encourage you to take advantage of this improved, efficient way of managing your payments. At no additional cost to you we are providing a one stop site for you to:
- Review all currently open invoices and past due invoices
- Review paid invoices
- Print invoices
- Make payments right from the portal using ACH or credit card
- Schedule future invoice payments
- Automate recurring invoices for payment
- Review tickets and place service requests
By making payments through the portal, you will no longer have to send checks by mail, and you have 100% control over your money! And we want to ensure you that your information is encrypted and stored securely in the portal.
To access the portal:
- Follow this link: https://microdoctor.connectboosterportal.com/authentication/login
- Click on Reset Login/Password link located at the bottom right of the login page.
- Fill in your email address (the address where you received this message) and click “send request”.
- An email will be sent to you with a link to create a secure password.
- After creating your password, you may login to the portal. Your user name is your e-mail address.

Already have auto-pay set up or have a credit card on file?
For clients that previously had a credit card or ACH on file and/or automatic payments set us with us, this information has already been input into the system. Please take time to set up your account, review open invoices, and confirm that your payment information is accurate.
Does someone else need access to the portal?
If there is anyone else in your company that needs access to the portal, we will be happy to set up their account with your written permission.
