Mark Richmond

President

Mark founded Micro Doctor after working for Honeywell Information Systems in Cleveland for 10 years. Micro Doctor purchased the building at 4195 Parkman Rd in 1992. He acquired Compatible Computer Center in Boardman in 1998 and Onecom in 2005. He continues to expand the company's offerings and territory through organic growth and acquisition.

Mark is highly technical with degrees from United Electronic Institute and the Gerber Management Institute. He continues his skill set with regular training and certifications. Mark has Microsoft Certified System Engineer designation (MCSE), Sonicwall CSSA Firewall Certification, Allworx Certified VOIP specialist, and Small Business Specialist certification also from Microsoft.

You could describe Mark as an enthusiastic traveler, scuba diver, new technology lover and rocking guitarist for his church worship team.

Erica Richmond

V.P. Finance

Erica is a key member of the management team at Micro Doctor. Erica's role is all things financial. She makes sure our clients get correct billing and timely reporting on the work we do for them.

You could describe Erica as a gardener, lover of flowers and loves being outdoors when the weather is nice. She is also happy to be a “Gigi” to two beautiful granddaughters.

David Daichendt

V.P. Operations

David (Dave) Daichendt leads the IT Services and Sales groups for the company. He has played a major role in implementing Micro Doctor's infrastructure improvements geared toward providing significantly increased service levels to our clients, efficient utilization of available resources, and vastly expanded technical and business capabilities.

David came to Micro Doctor in 2003 bringing a wealth of business, technical, and consulting experience gained during time spent in Columbus, Boston, and San Jose working with international consulting, software, and software implementation companies. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a BS in Computer Science.

You could describe Dave as an outdoorsman that is all about his family. He recently bought an RV to travel the countryside in with his two boys. Roadtrip anyone?

Megan Augustine

Marketing, Client Success & Vendor Engagement Manager

Megan graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree from Baldwin-Wallace University and shortly after came to Micro Doctor IT. Starting with an Office Administration position, she quickly got involved in Marketing and Sales and grew to love the creative side of the business. She now is a seasoned employee at Micro Doctor, handling Social Media, Graphic Design, Websites, Blogging, Demand Gen, Lead Gen and so much more. In 2018 Megan relocated to Charlotte, NC and now works remotely for Micro Doctor.

You could describe Megan as an outgoing creative, as she is always trying new things. She loves her family, God, traveling and prides herself as a “food adventurer”. She also enjoys craft beers and wine tastings.

Bill Wittman

Service Manager

Bill graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelors in Management Information Systems, and has worked in the sales and information technology fields for his entire career with the concentration in the engineering, financial, manufacturing, education, and consultative vertical markets. He has obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification and the Network+ certification.

You could describe Bill as a new gadget geek, avid golfer, overall sports fan, health addict, and enjoys the outdoors. Most of all, Bill loves being around his family.
