Meet The Team

Mark Richmond


Mark founded Micro Doctor after working for Honeywell Information Systems in Cleveland for 10 years. Micro Doctor purchased the building at 4195 Parkman Rd in 1992. He acquired Compatible Computer Center in Boardman in 1998 and Onecom in 2005. He continues to expand the company's offerings and territory through organic growth and acquisition.

Mark is highly technical with degrees from United Electronic Institute and the Gerber Management Institute. He continues his skill set with regular training and certifications. Mark has Microsoft Certified System Engineer designation (MCSE), Sonicwall CSSA Firewall Certification, Allworx Certified VOIP specialist, and Small Business Specialist certification also from Microsoft.

You could describe Mark as an enthusiastic traveler, scuba diver, new technology lover and rocking guitarist for his church worship team.

Erica Richmond

V.P. Finance

Erica is a key member of the management team at Micro Doctor. Erica's role is all things financial. She makes sure our clients get correct billing and timely reporting on the work we do for them.

You could describe Erica as a gardener, lover of flowers and loves being outdoors when the weather is nice. She is also happy to be a “Gigi” to two beautiful granddaughters.

David Daichendt

V.P. Operations

David (Dave) Daichendt leads the IT Services and Sales groups for the company. He has played a major role in implementing Micro Doctor's infrastructure improvements geared toward providing significantly increased service levels to our clients, efficient utilization of available resources, and vastly expanded technical and business capabilities.

David came to Micro Doctor in 2003 bringing a wealth of business, technical, and consulting experience gained during time spent in Columbus, Boston, and San Jose working with international consulting, software, and software implementation companies. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a BS in Computer Science.

You could describe Dave as an outdoorsman that is all about his family. He recently bought an RV to travel the countryside in with his two boys. Roadtrip anyone?

Megan Augustine

Marketing, Client Success & Vendor Engagement Manager

Megan graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree from Baldwin-Wallace University and shortly after came to Micro Doctor IT. Starting with an Office Administration position, she quickly got involved in Marketing and Sales and grew to love the creative side of the business. She now is a seasoned employee at Micro Doctor, handling Social Media, Graphic Design, Websites, Blogging, Demand Gen, Lead Gen and so much more. In 2018 Megan relocated to Charlotte, NC and now works remotely for Micro Doctor.

You could describe Megan as an outgoing creative, as she is always trying new things. She loves her family, God, traveling and prides herself as a “food adventurer”. She also enjoys craft beers and wine tastings.

Bill Wittman

Service Manager

Bill graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelors in Management Information Systems, and has worked in the sales and information technology fields for his entire career with the concentration in the engineering, financial, manufacturing, education, and consultative vertical markets. He has obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification and the Network+ certification.

You could describe Bill as a new gadget geek, avid golfer, overall sports fan, health addict, and enjoys the outdoors. Most of all, Bill loves being around his family.

Jason Baumann

In-House Engineer

Jason Baumann moved to Northeast Ohio from Tampa Florida seeking a colder climate and a good place to settle down. His interest in IT started at a young age and the thirst for knowledge continued to grow through the analog era and into the digital era. Over time, what was once a hobby simply turned into a profession. During high school, he began work as an intern at a local computer shop. Over the years, he has gained knowledge & experience while working for Northrop Grumman IT, DLA J6F (Fort Belvoir), and the Pentagon. Since 2013, he has been an integral part of the Micro Doctor IT team.

In his free time, Jason loves to play card games, video games, electric guitar, and watch movies. Fantasy and RPG archetypes are his most favorite of the genres. In addition, Jason knows Deutsch and has a cat named Goblin.

Patrick Felger

Network Engineer

Patrick’s interest in computers spawned at a young age from his love of video games and technology. His first endeavor into the world of information technology was reconfiguring his home router to allow faster speeds to his Xbox. Patrick studied at TCTC and Kent State earning academic excellence in Information Technology. During his time at school and Micro Doctor Patrick has earned certifications in Microsoft Office 365 and Allworx VoIP Phone Systems.

Outside of Micro Doctor Patrick is an avid gamer and musician, he spends his free time playing some of his favorite games like Overwatch and Smash Bros, as well as an expanding variety of instruments.

Jonathan Fennell

Network Engineer

Jon’s passion for computers began at the age of 9 when he dabbled with upgrading parts of his parents’ computer so it would run games that he enjoyed playing. He continued to learn by taking computer science classes in high school which led him to seek a computer science degree. In 2013, he graduated from ITT Tech with an Associates degree in Computer Networking. Jon began his career as an Application Software Specialist for Steelite International. Since starting at Micro Doctor in 2017, Jon has also become Allworx certified.

Outside of work, Jon continues his passion for learning through studying different types of music, science, and history. Jon also has a certification in Geo Magic 3D Modeling and a Beer Cicerone certification.

Michael Semchee

Network Engineer

Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kent State University. He then began a career in engineering, systems support and technical sales, and worked in that field for over 15 years. During that time Mike obtained his Microsoft Certified Professional certifications in Windows Server.

In his spare time, Mike loves to listen to music and he is an avid guitar player. He also enjoys attending Broadway musicals with his family.

Harry Brockway

Network Engineer

Harry has been a part of the IT world for over 25 years. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian studies from Grand Canyon University. Harry is now in his 2nd stint with Micro Doctor. His work experience allows him to look at IT issues from many different perspectives. He has dealt with IT issues in the medical, engineering, business, risk management and accounting realms. He has a passion for making sure the client knows that he cares about what they care about. Harry also has his Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.

Harry is an avid soccer fan. He coaches on the varsity level for Valley Christian High School girls. He also enjoys volunteering and singing at Old North Church in Canfield.

Cassidy Sustak

Service Coordinator

Cassidy graduated with Academic Excellence and completed an Information Technology Certification. She has also spent the last 8 years in client service roles where her passion to serve customers and work alongside technology became apparent.

In Cassidy’s spare time, she enjoys traveling. Most of her travels are to the magical World of Disney, and she has a passion for cooking. Cassidy also likes to listen to live music.

Robert Hunt

Network Engineer

Robert grew up using computers since he was a child. He always loved troubleshooting and coming up with solutions to his problems. He started in consumer electronic sales and service, and after a few years came onto join the Micro Doctor team. Robert is part our of Rapid Response team.

Outside of work Robert enjoys RPGs and video games.

Keith Thomas

Network Engineer

Keith graduated from Kent State University with an Associate’s Degree in Computer Networking. He is in the process of completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Networking/Computer Forensics. Keith is a part of our Rapid Response team and served previously as an AppleCare Senior Advisor for 3 years, as well as an employee of the Kent State IT department.

You could describe Keith as a cook, history buff, avid golfer, and woodworker. He also loves anything Star Trek and video gaming in his spare time.

Tom Bridge

Network Engineer

Tom brings us over 20 years’ experience as an Enterprise Network Engineer. He graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Computer Technology, and audited many networking courses specializing in Cisco networking. He has worked in multiple industries such as Government, Education, Banking and Healthcare.

Outside of Micro Doctor, Tom enjoys playing chess and Texas Hold’em. Tom is also a family man and spending quality time with his family is most important to him.
