Mark founded Micro Doctor after working for Honeywell Information Systems in Cleveland for 10 years. Micro Doctor purchased the building at 4195 Parkman Rd in 1992. He acquired Compatible Computer Center in Boardman in 1998 and Onecom in 2005. He continues to expand the company’s offerings and territory through organic growth and acquisition.

Mark is highly technical with degrees from United Electronic Institute and the Gerber Management Institute. He continues his skill set with regular training and certifications. Mark has Microsoft Certified System Engineer designation (MCSE), Sonicwall CSSA Firewall Certification, Allworx Certified VOIP specialist, and Small Business Specialist certification also from Microsoft.

In his spare time Mark enjoys beach vacations, scuba diving, 4 wheeling, golfing and playing guitar. Mark is married with 2 children and is active in the community.

Erica brings years of banking and retail experience to Micro Doctor. She has overseen the conversion from Sage Businessworks to Quickbooks and is heavily involved in our new automation program Connectwise. She is attending a Connectwise Training in Dallas later this month and is active in the community.

In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities, hiking, biking and scuba diving.

David (Dave) Daichendt leads the IT Services and Sales groups for the company. He has played a major role in implementing Micro Doctor’s infrastructure improvements geared toward providing significantly increased service levels to our clients, efficient utilization of available resources, and vastly expanded technical and business capabilities.

David came to Micro Doctor in 2003 bringing a wealth of business, technical, and consulting experience gained during time spent in Columbus, Boston, and San Jose working with international consulting, software, and software implementation companies.

David’s customer centric philosophy and technical expertise have helped shape Micro Doctor into the premier service provider in the Youngstown/Warren area. He ensures that our staff perform all tasks with the highest levels of professional expertise and goes to great lengths to provide the most cost-efficient, business oriented capabilities to our clients.

David is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a B.S. in Computer Science.

Dave has 24 years of networking experience. He started out in 1986 with Novell Netware 2.15. He has implemented networks ranging from 3 users to global networks with 6600 users. He was in the Army for 5 years where he acquired most of his technical training.

Dave’s network experience has landed him in many different areas of the world. Some of these areas include, Paris France, Barcelona Spain, Sao Paulo Brazil and Frankfurt Germany.

Dave enjoys his beach vacations, scuba diving, cooking, drag racing and spending time with Family.

Jacob Stewart is an alumni of Austintown Fitch High School and went on to further his education at Youngstown State University. He is a Certified Sonicwall Security Administrator and is currently working on receiving his MCTS certification. Jacob has a passion for computers and enjoys broadening his knowledge through reading IT publications.

Outside of work Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing sports, and gaming. Jacob is highly involved within his community and is a Partner in Hope for St. Jude's Hospital.

Jill is the glue that helps Micro Doctor provide consistent and reliable service. In just 3 years Jill has become the company’s office manager, marketing expert and accounting specialist. Much of her day is spent in the company’s management software, ConnectWise. Prior to working with Micro Doctor, Jill was employed at General Motors on the assembly line. During the time Jill worked at General Motors she also went to school to further her education. She graduated from Kent State University with an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from University of Phoenix.

Jill is married with 4 children. When she is not working she spends her time getting involved in whatever sport her children are involved in. She coaches cheerleading at the 9 and 10 year old level and is a trustee for Howland Little Tigers. When not involved in sports Jill enjoys taking trips south to the beach, swimming, fishing and anything recreational.

Ryan joined Micro Doctor, Inc. in 2010 and is currently in the role of Technical Services Manager. Ryan has over 13 years of experience in the computer industry and has been in a management role for the past 9 years.

Ryan has worked for various industries, including the IT consulting, military, & commercial construction fields. While beginning with the US Army deployed in Bosnia in 1996, and most recently with his current position with Micro Doctor, Ryan has had the opportunity of working with and providing a high level of quality and customer service in every aspect of his professional career to his clients.

Ryan is currently a member of the Greenford Ruritan as a Director, the Greenford Fire Department as a volunteer firefighter, & Cub Scout Pack 116 as a committee member. He also holds associations with Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association (AOPA), The American Legion, & Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Ryan and his wife, Sherri, have 3 children and live in Greenford, OH. He enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing golf, skydiving and flying when possible.

Nathan has worked seasonally for Micro Doctor since the summer of 2004.  He graduated from Grove City College with a BS in Computer Science in 2009 and has since worked full-time as a Network Technician.

Nathan has become a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist by passing the MCTS 70-642 exam.  He is continuing his education by studying for multiple industry standard certification exams.

In his free time, Nathan is an amateur photographer and he enjoys playing soccer.
